The home comfortably accommodates up to four guests, with additional flexibility if needed.

Primary Bedroom: King bed, blackout blinds, sound machine, workspace, and access to a beautifully designed hall bathroom

Second Bedroom: Queen bed with a private ensuite bathroom, sound machine, blackout blinds

Both bathrooms are newly built and feature custom tilework and high-end finishes. The hall bathroom features a shower/tub combo and the ensuite has a walk-in shower, offering a comfortable and convenient setup for couples or small groups.

Guest access
Guests will have private access to the downstairs entire unit during their stay, including the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and any designated outdoor spaces. Entry is simple and convenient with self check-in instructions provided before arrival. Unit is located on the ground floor.

We kindly ask guests to treat our home with care and respect, just as they would their own. Please keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours, and be respectful of our neighbors and surrounding homes. No parties, events, or unregistered guests are permitted without prior approval. Smoking or vaping inside the property is strictly prohibited. Please do not attach decorations to walls, wallpaper, ceilings, doors, trim, or furniture using tape, nails, hooks, adhesive strips, putty, or anything that may cause damage. Guests are responsible for any damage or residue. Please report any damages or issues during your stay so we can address them quickly.

Complimentary off-street parking for 2 vehicles -- VERY RARE for this area!

CITY SETTING
Due to the home's downtown location, you may occasionally hear typical city sounds, including traffic, nearby neighbors, street activity, and emergency vehicles. Sound machines are provided in all bedrooms for comfort.

INCLEMENT WEATHER
Refunds are only issued for mandatory evacuations ordered by authorities. No refunds for weather-related travel delays from other states. We suggest purchasing travel insurance, especially during storm season. If power or internet issues arise due to storms, we will resolve them as quickly as possible but cannot offer refunds for such inconveniences.
