You’ll feel right at home in our bright, approximately 70-square-meter vacation apartment for up to 4 people in the beautiful town of Warngau. The thoughtfully appointed space leaves almost nothing to be desired. The vacation rental features a beautiful, quiet bedroom with a double bed. The living room, complete with a sofa and a sleeper sofa for two people (including a TV), as well as the spacious kitchen-dining area with a cozy dining nook, TV, and recliner, invite you to linger and ensure a relaxing stay. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, electric stove with a ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, filter coffee maker, electric kettle, and microwave, makes cooking easy and fun. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, separate shower, and large sink; the toilet is separate and located right next to the bathroom. The vacation rental is located on the 1st floor of our fenced-in house. All rooms have windows that let in natural light. The apartment also features a south-facing balcony with mountain views, and guests are welcome to use the garden. A password-protected guest Wi-Fi network is, of course, available to you, and bicycles and motorcycles can be stored in a secure garage. Bikers are always welcome. Nearby, you’ll find a bakery, butcher shop, Edeka supermarket, inn, ice cream shop, bank, and post office. Convenient access to the Munich/Salzburg highway and just 350 meters from the train station, with the BOB (train service) to Munich, Tegernsee, Bad Tölz, and Schliersee.
