Bright, spacious 100-square-meter vacation apartment, located in a quiet, natural setting with a partial ocean view, right next to the beach. The apartment spans two levels on the first floor and includes a large attic studio. Ideal for a relaxing vacation in a cozy atmosphere on the sunny island of Fehmarn.

The staircase belonging to the apartment leads to the first floor, where, beyond the hallway, you’ll find the beautiful, spacious living room with a sitting area, TV, wood-burning stove, and dining area, as well as the spacious bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and hallway. The living room and bedroom both open onto a small balcony.
Another staircase leads from the hallway to the large attic studio, which features 3 beds, a separate toilet, a sleeper sofa, a TV, and plenty of space to serve as a second bedroom and/or children’s room with ample room to play.
Thanks to its south-facing orientation, this cozy, light-filled apartment remains bright and sunny even during the winter months.
Amenities include, among other things, free Wi-Fi, a parking space on the property, a mini hi-fi system with DAB+ radio, CD player, and Bluetooth, a separate freezer, a high chair, and a travel crib for babies.
Mina has a wood-burning stove; firewood is not provided. Bedding and towels, as well as 2 bicycles, can be booked as additional services (please inquire separately for bookings via booking.com ).
The vacation rental is located just a 60-meter walk from a beautiful natural beach on the tranquil south coast of the island.
Blending harmoniously into the landscape, the small village of Fehmarnsund exudes a romantic charm with a breathtaking view across the vast sea, toward the Fehmarn Sund Bridge (the “Coat Hanger of the North”), and the mainland.
The gently sloping beach, with shallow areas and fine sand, is also suitable for small children and, as an insider’s tip, remains uncrowded even during the summer months.
Open to dogs year-round, it’s also popular with our four-legged friends thanks to its secluded location.
The immediate surroundings, with plenty of nature and an idyllic, expansive hinterland, offer peace and relaxation and are perfect for hiking and biking.
Fehmarn captivates visitors with its vast, charming landscape, beautiful beaches, marshy fallow meadows, magnificent views from steep cliffs, and—depending on the weather—rough seas along the west coast, sunsets over the ocean, and a romantic harbor and village atmosphere in all seasons.
The island also offers a wide variety of things to do and recreational activities.
In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find a golf course, a new wakeboarding facility, various horseback riding options, and every kind of water sport—whether using your own or rented equipment—including surfing and kitesurfing in areas with ideal shallow waters for beginners and advanced riders, as well as SUP, jet skiing, charter boats, and fishing.
Nature reserves such as the Wallnau Waterfowl Reserve, a marine center with a shark tank, painting and drawing classes, the FehMare water park, mini-golf, table tennis, silo climbing, the Submarine Museum, and a high ropes course.
Cycling and hiking trails are very well developed on Fehmarn. Numerous bike tours, with kilometer markers, are signposted throughout the island.
Beautiful trails along the coast offer the opportunity for endless hikes.
Not far from the accommodations are Burg, the island’s main town, with a cozy atmosphere and various shopping options.
There’s a wide variety of dining options in the immediate vicinity and scattered across the island, ranging from restaurants to snack bars—such as the legendary Aalkate near Lemkenhafen, the cozy Hofcafé Albertsdorf, or the Strukkamp and Miramar beach bars at the nearby campground, perfect for watching the sunset.
Of course, a trip to the mainland is also well worth it—for example, to Hansapark Sierksdorf, the Nessendorf Donkey & Country Playground, the 5-Seen-Platte near Malente, combined with a romantic boat tour across the inland waters, or a visit to the historic Hanseatic city of Lübeck and its famous Christmas market during the holiday season.
