This property was perfect for our week in Pinetop. Location is great. Hosts are very gracious and gave us good dining recommendations. It was wonderful to have the master bedroom on the first floor. The kitchen offered basic condiments and snacks. We would book this townhome again!

Absolutely loved our stay at The Cozy Cabin! The cabin was clean, comfortable, and had the perfect mix of rustic charm and modern touches. It was peaceful, relaxing, and exactly what we needed for a getaway. The attention to detail throughout the space made it feel warm and inviting from the moment we arrived.

We were extremely happy with our stay! The property was absolutely beautiful, spotless, and incredibly well cared for. Every detail throughout the home was thoughtfully planned, from the beautiful décor and comfortable furnishings to the quality towels and the exceptionally clean bathrooms. You can tell the owners put a lot of care into making the home feel welcoming and comfortable.Check-in was easy and seamless, and they were kind enough to accommodate a special request for us, which we really appreciated.We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We will definitely be back and are already looking forward to returning! Highly recommend this property!

This cozy cabin is outstanding for a visit to Pinetop. It’s a perfect place to go to escape the Phoenix summer heat. It is in tip-top condition and beautifully decorated. My friend and I absolutely loved everything about it. We each had a bedroom with a comfy queen bed and an en-suite bath. It’s very clean and well-supplied with just about everything you might need. We cooked meals in the kitchen and enjoyed coffee on the porch. (We brought coffee beans and grinder, using the coffee maker and filters provided.) Lots of beautiful pine trees in the surrounding area bordering a forest. The pine-scented fresh air was awesome. I opened the screened window in the upstairs bedroom where I slept overnight and woke to a cool breeze. Perfect! The A/C and ceiling fans were available for the warmer-than-expected afternoons. Used my Netflix account to watch movies in the family room. (The hosts will remove Netflix when you check out.). There is a big assortment of puzzles in the amazing loft, and a table for assembling them. Fun! Woodland Park was nearby and fun for walks and reading books. Lots of shops to explore in Pinetop. Sunrise Park Resort and the town of Greer are not far, and fun to visit. The hosts are very helpful and communicative! We highly recommend this home away from home!

Our stay was fabulous the cabin was well equipped with necessities we just took all our own food.The hostess was great with communication and the process of checking in and out was easy.We will definitely book again

This place was excellent - it had anything, in the kitchen and elsewhere, that you would ever want when staying here. It had a nice loft above the living room where you could send your kids (with their own TV) to separate them from the adults. It also had plenty of games if that was what they wanted. Each of the 3 bedrooms had their own TV's, all with Roku devices attached. It had a nice porch that was on a relatively quiet street, if you want to sit outside and get some fresh air. The hosts were very responsive, answering my questions promptly. We had a very minor problem with the AC, and it was taken care of within an hour of my notifying them.We would definitely stay here again if we came back to the Pinetop area.

We had an amazing stay at this vacation rental! The property was beautiful, comfortable, and exactly what we hoped for. Everything was clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared. We truly did not want to leave.It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy our time away. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway.Five stars all the way!
