Throwing trash from balconies or common areas is not allowed. We maintain a strict zero tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, parties, events, over occupancy, or any inappropriate or disruptive behavior. Violations of these rules may result in penalties of up to three times the total reservation value, as well as immediate termination of the stay without refund.
