The Südereck building at Deichringstraße 10 consists of 9 apartments, located just about 300 meters from the sandy beach. The 2- and 3-room apartments are furnished with high-quality, tastefully coordinated furniture. Furnished terraces and balconies invite you to relax and unwind. (The top-floor apartments do not have balconies.) Parking spaces are available in front of the building. Travel cribs/crib rails and high chairs are provided, as are bed linens and towels for stays of 7 days or longer. A washing machine and dryer (coin-operated) are available in the basement

The indoor seawater pool and its facilities are about 600 meters away, and the heart of Neuharlingersiel—the harbor—is about 800 meters away.
