3-room vacation home for up to 6 people, approx. 74 m², 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom
with twin beds, living room/bedroom with a double sofa bed and an additional sleeping loft
(for children ages 5 and up), some with a wood-burning stove, separate dining area, fully equipped kitchen area, entryway with
coat rack, hallway, shower/toilet, and separate toilet, balcony or terrace, satellite TV, and
telephone.


The corner townhouse, with an area of approximately 78 m², features a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with an additional sleeping loft (an adventure for your kids!), and a double sleeper sofa in the living room. It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. The underfloor-heated bathroom with a new shower, double sinks, and toilet, as well as the separate second toilet, are designed to accommodate this number of guests.
The spacious living area features a fully equipped L-shaped kitchen (including a large dishwasher and a combination oven/microwave), a cozy dining area, comfortable upholstered furniture, an LCD TV, a Blu-ray player, a stereo system, phone, as well as a large selection of board games, a PlayStation (with games), and reading material for all ages, offers you all the amenities for a pleasant stay. And if you ever can’t agree on what to watch on TV, there’s an additional LCD TV with a DVD player in the second bedroom.
The new pellet stove (pellets included in the price) provides cozy warmth—even on cold days.
The covered outdoor seating area with comfortable garden furniture and lounge chairs offers additional ways to enjoy your vacation.
Cribs and high chairs can be rented at the front desk for a small fee, so the whole family is taken care of.
A safe for your valuables is now also available in the house.



In our vacation resort, situated on the edge of the forest and designed like a park, you’ll find cozy, child-friendly vacation homes and apartments for up to 8 people. With many attractive recreational activities in the park and the surrounding area, the Falkenstein Vacation Park is a perfect vacation destination for families. In the car-free resort, our younger guests can play to their heart’s content on the forest playground or at the table tennis tables. When the weather is bad, the children’s club provides entertainment with games and movie screenings.

Spend cozy evenings with friends and family at the barbecue area, for example. Our friendly team at the front desk will also be happy to arrange a babysitting service if needed. At the centrally located front desk, our staff are happy to provide leisure tips, take bread roll orders, or arrange wellness treatments.

The heated Falkenstein outdoor pool is located right next to the vacation park; our guests enjoy free admission here during their stay. You can also visit the Churpfalzpark Loifling as often as you’d like during your vacation with a one-time payment for a day pass.

From your vacation rental, you can reach the town of Falkenstein in just a few minutes, where you’ll find plenty of shopping options and traditional Bavarian cuisine.
