The Anna Bell Suite is soft, elegant, and inviting — a 2-bedroom retreat featuring a king bed, a queen bed, a couch, original hardwood floors, original wood-paneled walls in select rooms, original upper kitchen cabinets, a fully equipped kitchen, a separate family room, a dedicated dining area, and a Roku TV stocked with games and books. Luxury cotton sheets, upscale bath amenities, and a fully equipped coffee bar round out the experience. Rooms have individual mini split AC and heat, and blackout shades, luxury cotton sheets and upscale bath amenities.
The Leonidas Suite is bold, warm, and full of personality — a 1-bedroom plus pull out couch( full size) retreat inspired by Gladewater's rich train history, featuring a king bed, a pull-out sofa bed, original hardwood floors, a living room with Roku TV, a kitchenette, a stunning clawfoot tub alongside a separate stand-up shower, and a private table and chairs accessible directly from the bedroom door onto the side wrap-around porch. Rooms have individual mini split AC and heat, blackout shades, luxury cotton sheets, and upscale bath amenities.
Both suites share access to the grand front porch with rocking chairs, a shared laundry room, and free street parking directly in front of the home. The house sits on Gladewater's original red brick streets, and the wrap-around porch is the perfect place to gather at the end of the day.

It's a beloved reminder of the town's roots, though light sleepers should be aware. We've provided noise-canceling sound machines in every bedroom for a restful night's sleep.

When booking the whole home, both the Anna Bell Suite and the Leonidas Suite are exclusively yours. The locking French doors at the back of the Leonidas kitchenette can be opened to connect the two suites into one flowing space. Guests have full access to both suites, the grand entry hall, the wrap-around front porch, the side porch with private table and chairs, and the shared laundry room. Free street parking is available directly in front of the home on Gladewater's original red brick streets.
The Carriage House sits at the back of the property and is rented out separately, there may be guests staying during your booking
