The 130 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. The apartment features high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning, heating, a washing machine as well as a smart TV with streaming services. Children are allowed and a baby cot and a high chair are also available.

Pets are not allowed. Wi-Fi is suitable for video calls. Parties are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. A fee could be deducted from the deposit for the improper use of towels. The property has a step-free interior and wide doors. An elevator is available in the building.
