Getting Around:

While a car is essential for exploring the broader region, many of Rico's local attractions are accessible by foot. The property provides five uncovered parking spaces in the driveway. A high-clearance vehicle is recommended if you plan on exploring the many forest service roads and high-mountain passes that surround the area for off-roading adventures.



Other Things to Note:

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates.



Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.



4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.



Please note that this home is over an hour away from the town of Telluride/Mountain Village, please plan accordingly.
