Beautiful and cozy 82-square-meter vacation apartment with a terrace in KELLENHUSEN TOR.
Located in a new building, this family-friendly apartment is centrally situated in the heart of Kellenhusen, close to the beach, and across from the supermarket, bakery, and Stolz department store.
A parking space is available right next to the building. Charging stations for electric cars are within walking distance. The forest, the beach, the pier, and the promenade are also just a short walk away.
The vacation rental itself features two bedrooms, each with a smart TV and box-spring beds (180x200 and 160x200), a guest restroom, and a master bathroom with its own sauna.
Another highlight is the spacious living/dining area with an open kitchen. The indirect lighting can be adjusted to different colors and dimmed as desired via a touchscreen display. A 65" smart TV with a new Xbox console ensures there’s never a dull moment, even when the weather’s bad. The couch folds out into a comfortable sleeper sofa (160 cm x 200 cm), making the apartment perfect for up to 6 people. The 2-meter-long solid-wood dining table is perfect for shared meals and game nights. There’s also a 250 Mbit internet connection, making it possible to work from here as a “beach office.”
The kitchen is fully equipped and features not only a conventional coffee maker but also a Nespresso machine with a milk frother. Of course, a toaster, electric kettle, egg cooker, blender, hand blender, juicer, etc., are also provided.
Additionally, the apartment is equipped with a crib (including a baby bumper), a changing pad, a high chair, a safety gate, children’s plastic dishes and utensils, and more, as well as a washer-dryer.
The terrace with an adjacent lawn, complete with a seating area and a lounge chair, invites you to relax.
There is a separate storage room for beach and sports gear you bring along. The entire apartment is wheelchair accessible.

A beautiful apartment that’s perfectly equipped. Every detail has been thought of with great care—you feel right at home here. We also really liked the location, right near shopping and bakeries—and the beach and promenade are within walking distance. We’d love to come back and are looking forward to our next visit!

We stayed there over New Year’s Eve with 4 adults and felt very comfortable in the apartment. Everything we needed was there. The beach and grocery store were right around the corner. We had a wonderful time there.
