Welcome to The Saguaro Casita at Pasadera — a brand-new Southwest casita community tucked onto 5 acres just outside Stillwater, Oklahoma. The Saguaro Casita glows in golden desert yellow — bright, sunlit, and as cheerful as a Sonoran spring morning.

Pasadera is a 12-unit community of Boxabl casitas, each finished in a distinct Southwest National Park color and theme. Your casita is part of that community but completely private: your own entrance, your own patio, your own keypad code.

THE SPACE
Inside the casita you'll find 361 square feet of thoughtfully designed space under 9'6" ceilings:
• 1 queen bed dressed in hotel-quality linens
• A fold-out couch that sleeps one additional adult (the couch is small — plan on one person on it)
• Full kitchenette with induction cooktop, full-size fridge, microwave, drip + single-serve coffee, real cookware, dishes, glasses
• Spa-inspired bathroom with a walk-in shower (no tub)
• In-unit combo washer/dryer
• Smart TV with streaming apps

THE DETAILS
• Check-in: 4:00 PM, self check-in with a keypad code (sent the day before arrival)
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Parking: Free, open parking in two shared gravel lots (between Casitas 3 & 4, and behind Casitas 6 & 7). No assigned spots — first-come basis. Park only in the gravel lots; the grounds are pedestrian.
• Cleaning fee: $115 per stay
• WiFi: fast fiber
• Pets: not permitted (service animals accepted per ADA)
• Smoking: not permitted inside
• Max occupancy: 3
• Security camera: There is one Ring camera mounted on the exterior of the casita, viewing the front deck and front door area only. No cameras inside the unit.

A note on the Pasadera Event Center next door: your stay does not include access to the Event Center. It's only open to guests of a separately booked event. We're happy to help if you want to book it for a wedding or gathering.

Dumpster: Located in parking lot 3, at the back of the lot — roughly halfway between the event center and the casita units. Pickup is every Friday.

PARKING — please read
Park only in the gravel parking lots. Do not park on the grass or on the flagstones. Driving on these surfaces damages our grounds. Thanks for helping us keep Pasadera looking its best.
