Renovated House - NoHo House Comfort Spacious

A completely remodeled home. House is ample, but yet comfortable & a safe stay. The neighborhood is quiet and close proximity to Universal Studios, and public transportation with easy access to Downtown, Hollywood, Crypto Arena, and the beaches. The house is also close to Burbank Airport, FIFA, Sofi Stadium, and many other places. Less than 2 miles away is public transportation with a non-stop bus to to FIFA stadium.

Your comfort, and night sleep is important to me. I will help your stay meet the highest standards. This house has many amenities. Refer to the amenities section.

The space
This is a private front house located on a shared property. Guests will have the entire front house to themselves during their stay. I live separately in the back unit, so you may occasionally see me on the property, but the spaces are separate and your stay will remain private and comfortable.

The home is spacious, comfortable, and designed to help guests feel at home while visiting the Los Angeles area.

There is ample street parking, and driveway parking may be available upon request.

The home includes access to a full kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, coffee maker, and plenty of cookware and dishware for preparing meals during your stay. Please treat the space and kitchen items with care.

Each room has plenty of natural light and ventilation, along with ceiling fans and central A/C and heating vents for year-round comfort.

Bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels, soap, and shampoo for guest use.

Laundry access is available upon request for guests staying longer than 2 nights.

I have a strict 7-guest maximum policy. All guests staying at or visiting the property must be registered in advance. If your reservation is for one guest, only that guest is permitted on the property unless prior approval is given. Daytime visitors may be allowed with permission. Please note that “drop-in” visits for showers or extended use of the property are not permitted. If you plan to have more than 6 guests, please notify me in advance, as an additional fee applies. For groups of 7, an air mattress setup will be provided in one of the bedrooms.

The property offers convenient self check-in and check-out.

Located near Universal Studios Hollywood, Hollywood, major studios, and within driving distance of Crypto Arena, SoFi Stadium, local beaches, Disneyland Park, Rose Bowl Stadium, and World Cup venues, this home is a great base for exploring Southern California.

Guest access
The house area will be available to you, which includes Living Room, Kitchen, and Dinning Area. Of course your Bedroom #1, #2, #3 and bathroom #1, #2 and #3. I live in the back house of the property. The front house is private.
