The fully equipped kitchen-living room, featuring a coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, oven, and a sitting area, has everything you could want. The vacation rental features 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 3 single beds, a large bathroom, and access to a terrace. Please note that the apartment is not suitable for children under 10 years of age due to its location near the stream in the garden. A residential building will be constructed in the neighborhood in 2023 and 2024, so there may be construction noise. A 50% prepayment may be charged after booking. You can pay the remaining balance on-site in cash or, upon request, in advance via bank transfer. Cancellations made up to 8 weeks before arrival are free of charge. Cancellations made up to 4 weeks before arrival will be charged at 60% of the total price. Later cancellations will be charged at 80% of the total price.
