3-bedroom house in terrific Bremerton with cool vibes

Thank you for taking the time to write this out. Some of it is fair and has already been addressed; some of it doesn't match our records, and I'll leave both for future guests to weigh. What was fair: the grounds needed maintenance, the turnover clean did not meet our standard, and several small items - bulbs, game pieces, a kayak paddle - were missing. All of that is fixed. The cleaning team has been replaced and photo verification is now required at every checkout. On the odor, a licensed plumber has been out; the workaround you were given was the wrong answer and I've corrected that internally. What I'd push back on: the home was inspected and photographed at turnover, and the condition documented there doesn't line up with parts of this description. We host a lot of guests at Illahee and this isn't the experience most of them have. It's a better house today than it was last week.
