The open-concept first floor was designed for gathering and entertaining, seamlessly connecting the kitchen, dining area, and large living room into one comfortable shared space. One of the home’s standout features is the large private backyard and outdoor living area. Recently expanded and upgraded, the fenced backyard includes a spacious deck, patio, boardwalk, outdoor dining space with umbrella seating, lounge chairs, yard games, and plenty of room to enjoy Augusta’s beautiful weather. The property sits on a large corner lot with excellent curb appeal and one of the largest yards in the neighborhood.

Upstairs, all four bedrooms are thoughtfully separated from the main living spaces to create a quiet and restful sleeping environment. Each bedroom has its own unique personality and décor style while maintaining a comfortable and cohesive feel throughout the home.

The spacious master suite features vaulted ceilings, blackout curtains, cherry wood furniture with granite tops, a walk-in closet, 32” smart TV, charging station, and a private master bathroom with double vanities, deep soaking tub, separate shower, raised ceilings, and beautiful natural light from a large privacy-glass window.
