Our spacious and cozy non-smoking attic vacation apartment, with 75 square meters of living space, accommodates 2 people. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, which includes: spices, blender, coffee maker, plates, toaster, dish soap, iron and ironing board, mugs, vacuum cleaner, silverware, kitchen towels, Soda Club, cooking utensils, paper towels, 4-burner stove, oven, freezer compartment, dishwasher, cooktop, kitchen island, fridge-freezer, and microwave. The spacious bathroom features a shower and a toilet. A washing machine is available in the bathroom for doing your laundry. The open-concept living, dining, and bedroom area, featuring a box-spring bed (2.00 m x 1.80 m), invites you to relax. From the apartment, you have access to a large, covered 16 m² balcony with a double lounger (1.90 m x 1.70 m) and a table with 4 chairs. The vacation rental also features a wood-burning stove with firewood. You can use the Wi-Fi and the parking space in front of the house free of charge. Entertainment: Books, adult books, radio, satellite/cable TV, maps of the area and informational materials, wireless DSL access, telephone. Miscellaneous: Soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent, drying rack, ironing board and iron, sink with base and wall cabinets, laundry hamper Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Check-out is between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Keys are handed over in person on-site. Pets are not allowed.
