The spacious, bright, non-smoking apartment—approximately 70 square meters in size—is located on the upper floor,
, and accommodates only 2 adults and one toddler up to 4 years old.
The entire apartment features generously sized windows, which create a pleasant
bright atmosphere. All windows are equipped with blinds for privacy.
The bedroom features a box-spring bed measuring 180 cm x 200 cm, a large wardrobe
, and a large linen chest. If needed, a travel crib with a mattress can be added to the
bedroom. We’re happy to provide a functional high chair
. Toys and art supplies are available for our little guests.
The bright and spacious living room is perfect for a cozy game night or TV night when the weather is bad. The 43" 4K HDTV
offers over
190 channels. The
dining area comfortably seats 3 people. We also have plenty of
board games available for our families.
The fully equipped kitchen features a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave,
coffee maker, coffee pod machine, egg cooker, blender, juicer, and much more. From the kitchen,
you can access the small loggia, which is furnished with two chairs, a bistro table, and a sun awning.
The bathroom has a large glass shower, a sink, a toilet, and plenty of storage space
for toiletries. A hair dryer and a flat iron are available here.
All rooms are heated by gas central heating. The bathroom has additional
underfloor heating.
The apartment includes an additional storage room containing various cleaning supplies, a vacuum cleaner
, and a tabletop grill. In addition, a free parking space is available directly in front of the building. You can store your bicycles securely, locked, and under cover.
Starting immediately, you can charge your
electric vehicle at the in-house E.ON drive 11 kW wallbox for a fee.
Bed linens, towels, travel-size toiletries, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, and paper towels are provided free of charge.
The apartment is available for stays of two nights or more.
