This charming retreat features a true farmhouse feel, fully stocked kitchen, two classic barns, a foosball table, billiards, and a spacious downstairs hangout room with a kitchenette—perfect for gathering, relaxing, sitting out under the stars, and making lasting memories.


Upstairs- the home features two king bedrooms along with two kid-friendly rooms designed with elevated sleeping lofts and cozy hangout space underneath. While these are not traditional bunk beds, one of the loft rooms includes a toddler bed tucked beneath the upper mattress, making it perfect for younger children. The two loft-style rooms are connected by a convenient Jack & Jill bathroom, and there are three bathrooms located upstairs in total. Relax or dine in the sunroom while taking in views of the beautiful scenery. Prepare your favorite meal in the kitchen with a 6-burner gas range, griddle, and double oven, bar seating for 5 in the kitchen & double sided refrigerator. Also, on the main level is the den, 700-square-foot covered front porch with a table for 6, 3 rocking chairs, porch swing for 2 with cup holders!, Screened in porch that connects to the deck with a table for 6.

Downstairs-you’ll find a spacious gathering area complete with a TV, kitchenette, foosball table, and billiards table—perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. Off the sitting area are two additional bedrooms: one featuring four twin beds and another offering two queen beds, providing plenty of space for larger families and groups.

Outside-Sit around the fire pit where there are 4 chairs and a picnic table. In the back yard you will also find a volleyball net, horseshoes, and sand play area for kids. On the side of the home you will find a basketball goal outside the basement area and a tire swing.

This peaceful countryside escape is perfect for getting away and enjoying nature. Sit on the backporch and watch the abundant wildlife in the fields or take a walk down the peaceful trails. Take advantage of multiple outdoor ventures including Williamsport Fishing Lakes managed by the TWRA within 5 min and you can see the lakes from the top of the property.

There are 2 barns on the property but they are locked and you will not have access to those buildings.

There are entry cameras at the doorways.
Property will be bushogged every 3-4 weeks
Planned trash and lawncare are on Tuesdays but subject to change based on weather and trash pickup service.
