The house is located on the slope of a ravine, away from the rest of the buildings. The access is through a flat path, very comfortable and conditioned. The approximate distance to the road is about 100 meters. The environment is very beautiful, in the middle of nature. There are many routes in the surroundings for hiking. It is only 5 kms from the Cruz de Tejeda by royal roads and one kilometer from the Barranco de La Mina. The house has a terrace area with solar shower, swimming pool and hammocks. Covered grill area to cook outside and have a good time. The distribution is as follows: living room kitchen with a sofa bed, bathroom and master bedroom with double bed.

Parties, smoking and pets are not allowed.

After 22:00 hours, it is not allowed to make noise that could disturb the neighbors.
