The condo is exclusively yours. You`ll have full access to both units 612 and 613 that share a private entryway, with contactless check in and check out.

Other things to note
• The outdoor heated pool is open during the summer months (Memorial Day to mid-September) from 8am to 8pm.
• We welcome families and occupants over the age of 25. We have a strict rule of no parties, large groups or events at this property.
• We’ll send you smart lock codes for easy, contactless check-in and check-out.
• We’re flexible with check-in/out times whenever possible, just ask!
• For your peace of mind, there`s a camera outside the condo and one in the entryway. No indoor cameras, promise!
• We have AC in the bedrooms and living room
• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. We may use Minut, smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
• Winter weather can be tricky! No weather-related refunds, so we recommend leave yourself plenty of time for your travels. All-wheel drive & winter tires are a good idea too.
• Water Note: This property uses a state-regulated private well, typical for Killington. The water is regularly tested and suitable for everyday household use (showers, washing, etc.); however, naturally occurring minerals in the local geology, including iron and manganese, may cause a metallic smell or discoloration and staining of fixtures. Complimentary bottled water is provided for all drinking and cooking.
