The fully furnished apartment can accommodate 3 adults and 1 child (including a crib). The apartment consists of a living room, kitchen, bedroom with walk-in closet, balcony, children’s room (with a sofa bed), guest restroom, bathroom, and parking space. The apartment includes a terrace and a garden for shared use. No events, parties, or celebrations allowed!

The accommodation
The accommodation measures 95 square meters and is spread over 2 floors. The kitchen, guest restroom, living room, and terrace are located on the first floor. On the first floor is the large bathroom with a rain shower, a bedroom (double bed 180x200) with a walk-in closet, a storage room, and another room (with a pull-out sofa bed and a crib). The apartment has underfloor heating. The apartment has a garden (swing, jungle gym + slide, trampoline) that guests are also welcome to use.
