**Note on the Pool: It is up to our HOA to determine the exact date of when the pool opens & closes throughout the year.

You will have the entire condo to yourself. All pets must be approved by us in advance of your booking.

While one secure parking spot is included in our attached parking garage, you don`t need a car for this location. It is in a highly walkable area and there are plenty of Ubers & Lyfts to get you where you need to go.

One bedroom wall has an opening at the top, as can be seen in photos. You cannot see into the bedroom from the other rooms.

The Gulch View neighborhood is quiet and perfectly located for visiting the city’s best areas: minutes to the Gulch, downtown / Broadway bars, Vanderbilt & Belmont Universities, Wedgewood Houston, Midtown, Music Row, 12 South, and more. This condo is in the Illume building. It is a modern, handicap accessible, and highly secure condominium with elevators and onsite overnight security.

All pets must be approved in advance of your booking, and then added to your reservation once approved. Animals not allowed on the furniture or beds.

Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We`ve put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules, you will be charged for it.

No loud noise at nighttime. This is a residential community, please respect our neighbors.
