The entry level offers hardwood floors, eat-in kitchen with beautiful cabinetry and quartz countertops, stainless appliances, dining space, living room, mudroom, and powder room. The second floor offers amazing bedrooms complete with en-suite full baths and walk-in closets with custom built-in shelving. We have a garage in the back for added parking.

Guest Access
Guests will have full exclusive access to the house.

Walkable to Franklin Park (3 min) and Franklin Park Conservatory & Botanical Gardens (13 min). Short drive to Columbus Museum of Art (4 min) and CMH John Glenn Columbus International Airport (9 min). Downtown Columbus, the Scioto Mile, and Nationwide Arena are a short drive or bike ride. Public transit available; bike-friendly streets. Garage parking in back; free street parking also available.

Other Things to Note
Guests must provide a valid driver`s license or ID and sign the Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited. Hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions for guests with negative or low reviews, guests under 25, or guests living closer than 100 miles from the home.

Pet fees (one-time, based on length of stay):
- Less than 5 nights: $35
- 5-30 nights: $50
- 30+ nights: $100 (prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month)

Check-in 5:00 PM - 12:00 AM. Checkout by 11:00 AM. Maximum 10 guests. No parties or unauthorized gatherings. No smoking. Pets allowed with disclosure and per-stay fee. Valid government ID + signed rental agreement required before arrival instructions are issued. Minimum age to rent: 25. Quiet hours: 9 PM - 8 AM Sun-Thu, 10 PM - 8 AM Fri-Sat. Damage to the property is the responsibility of the guest/party.
