The cottage offers a cozy and inviting atmosphere spread across three split-level floors. Here you’ll enjoy a harmonious blend of comfort and coziness—perfect for a relaxing getaway just a short distance from downtown and the restaurants.<br><br>The cozy living room/bedroom welcomes you with a comfortable sitting area and a pull-out sofa bed (1.60 x 2 m) that sleeps two people. A flat-screen TV and a radio with CD player provide entertainment. A separate DVD player and board games are provided.<br>The dining area, which seats 6 people and features a serving hatch to the kitchen, is perfect for shared meals and gatherings.<br><br>From the living room, you can step out onto the covered patio—your second living room under the open sky. Sheltered from the wind and prying eyes, and equipped with high-back garden chairs, a sunshade, an extendable dining table, storage space, and a beach cooler, you can spend relaxing hours here in any season. A narrow strip of lawn adjoins the terrace—ideal for a quick breather in the fresh air. Barbecuing is permitted here using an electric grill, which you’ll need to bring yourself if desired.<br><br>The open kitchenette is modern and fully equipped: a coffee maker, induction stove, oven, dishwasher, as well as a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, microwave, blender, and many other amenities are at your disposal so you can cook as well.<br><br>On the first floor is the bright, airy, and modern bathroom with natural light—featuring a shower, toilet, and space for your laundry.<br><br>The next split-level living area in the attic features the lovingly designed bedroom. Perfect for restful nights, with some distance from the living-bedroom area on the first floor. A quiet, cozy retreat facing the parking lot awaits you. Here you’ll sleep in the cozy double bed (1.80 x 2 m with two mattresses); there’s also a wardrobe, a dresser, and a desk area that’s often used as a vanity.<br><br>The bright and welcoming area in the basement, which serves as a quiet retreat, features a pull-out sofa (mattresses: 2 x 80 cm x 2 m), a wardrobe, and its own TV with smart features and Internet TV —ideal for relaxing or as a quiet reading nook. <br><br>The accommodations are suitable for up to 4 people: four adults plus infants in a rollaway bed in the parents’ bedroom.<br><br>Upon request, we’ll be happy to provide a travel crib or a high chair (subject to availability and for a fee).
