This stylish semi-detached house is located in the popular Freesenbruch vacation park in Zingst—ideal for families or small groups of up to six people.<br>On the first floor, you’ll find an inviting living area with a cozy seating area, flat-screen TV, DVD player, and a fireplace that creates a cozy atmosphere on cooler days. Up to six people can eat or play together at the large dining table. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, range hood, and dishwasher—ideal for a flexible stay.<br>Also on the first floor: a modern bathroom with a shower and washing machine, as well as a separate entryway with a coat rack. From the living room, you have direct access to the furnished terraces, which are perfect for sunbathing, dining, or relaxing.<br>Upstairs, you’ll find three cozy bedrooms—two of them with comfortable double beds (each mattress measures 90 x 200 cm), and the third with two single beds. A spacious bathroom with a bathtub, shower, sink, and toilet ensures a relaxing and comfortable stay, even for multiple guests. Children under 3 years of age stay free of charge upon request.<br>A highlight is the vacation park’s pool, which you can use free of charge year-round—a real bonus for your Baltic Sea vacation home with a pool. The sauna can also be used for a fee by prior arrangement.<br>The quietly situated vacation park on the edge of the forest offers plenty of recreational opportunities for young and old alike: A large playground with numerous play structures—including a climbing frame, slide, carousel, soccer field, and ping-pong table—as well as a play ship provide plenty of variety for children. The “Waldhaus” restaurant treats you to Nordic-Bavarian cuisine.<br>It’s just a 15-minute walk to the fine sandy beach or to the center of Zingst. For electric car travelers, two modern charging stations with a total of four charging points have been available since 2024.<br>Relax in your comfortable Baltic Sea vacation home with a pool—surrounded by nature, recreational activities, and the sea air.<br><br><br> The vacation park is located on the edge of a nature reserve and is idyllically and quietly situated at the edge of the forest. <br><br>The fenced-in grounds feature a swimming pool that can be used daily, free of charge, and year-round. <br>The sauna is available for a fee by prior arrangement.<br><br>Children can play and run around to their heart’s content on a large meadow.<br>In addition to a soccer field with goals, they have access to a wide variety of play equipment, such as a climbing frame with a slide, swings, a sandbox, a carousel, a seesaw, a ping-pong table, and a real ship. <br><br>The newly opened “Waldhaus” restaurant, with seating for 35, serves delicious meals.
