Portofino is a fantastic place for vacation. Unfortunately, this particular unit was a disaster. The grill didn't work, the master shower leaks, the doors didn't close or lock, there's no Keurig and very limited cooking supplies and utensils. There's no lights on the ceiling fans. The furniture was remarkably cheap and terribly uncomfortable. There were holes in the walls and water stained ceilings. I called premier island with the list of issues. They did send out a handyman who had to reattach a bedroom door and attempted to fix the shower that flooded the bathroom. He was unable to fix the lock on the master bedroom door. Nor did the door locks work for any of the bathrooms. They had to send a second repair man to work on the grill, he kind of fixed it but I wouldn't recommend using it. This unit was a dump. For all these hassles and having to deal with three repair man's coming to our unit, premier Island offered a very little discount. Very disappointing.
