Modern spacious house with 3 bedrooms, garden and barbecue. Beach only 700m!

Quiet location within the vacation village on the edge of a field.
On the first floor, you’ll find an open-concept kitchen in a modern country style with high-quality appliances and fully equipped, as well as a living/dining area for 7 people with a wood-burning stove.
You can relax on the large leather corner couch with a view of the fields.
Also on the first floor is an utility room with a washing machine, a coat closet, a separate restroom, and a bedroom with two single beds (90x200 cm and 90x190 cm) and a wardrobe.

Upstairs, you’ll find two spacious bedrooms. One has a double bed (180x200 cm), a closet, a dresser, and a TV; the other has a double bed (160x200 cm) and a sleeper sofa (90x200 cm).
Also upstairs is the beautiful full bathroom with a shower and separate bathtub (wonderfully cozy under the dormer window), as well as a towel warmer and a hair dryer.
The entire house features underfloor heating and tile floors.
We have a small selection of games, books, and DVDs available for you and your children.
Wi-Fi is available.
The large garden features a furnished patio with a picnic set, 2 sun loungers, and a barbecue fireplace. There is also a lockable garden shed with an electric charging station. There’s a sandbox for your children.
A private parking space for 1–2 cars (depending on size) is available right next to the house.
There is no “outside” traffic within the community, which is wonderful for your children to skate or ride bikes. For inclement weather: a small indoor playground and an indoor pool with a sauna (for a fee) at the neighboring campground.

Right in the vacation home area, you’ll find a small playground with a swing and a seesaw.

The nearest shopping options are in Gägelow, about a 5-minute drive away; there you’ll find various supermarkets, a home furnishings store, a gas station, and a hardware store. Another shopping center is located toward Wismar, also just a good 5-minute drive away; this one also features a McDonald’s, among other things. Right in Zierow, there’s a small ice cream shop with seasonal hours.
In Zierow itself, there’s also a restaurant at the campground (“Oase”), about 800 meters away on foot, as well as a restaurant at the riding stable in Zierow, just about 600 meters away on foot. Depending on the season, the main beach in Zierow features various food stands, as well as a beach café, mini-golf, and a petting zoo—not to mention the large beach playground.
From April through October, you can rent a beach chair on the main beach; beach access is wheelchair-accessible, and there’s a beach shower.
For families with children or wellness enthusiasts, we highly recommend the “Wonnemar” water park in Wismar.

Utilities for water and heating are included—electricity is billed based on usage.
