Location
The vacation home is located in the rural village of Tating, right in front of the expansive sandy beaches of St. Peter-Ording (8 minutes by car). Small shops, a bakery, and places to buy daily necessities are within walking distance.

Amenities
Our family-friendly Seequartier vacation home offers 110 square meters of living space spread over two levels, accommodating up to 6 people. The house features upscale amenities with a maritime flair.

The open-concept living and dining area offers plenty of space for a larger family or group. The modern, fully equipped, open kitchen fosters a social atmosphere.

The dining table comfortably seats 6 people. In the living area, you can spend cozy hours watching TV (with internet access). From here, you have direct, level access to the house’s furnished terrace, which promises plenty of sunshine thanks to its south-facing orientation.

An impressive dune landscape has been created on the 625-square-meter property. A beach chair and two lounge chairs provide additional spots to retreat and relax.

After an eventful day of vacation, you can unwind on the upper floor in one of the three bedrooms (berths) equipped with a TV. Exposed ceiling beams, shabby-chic door frames, and seaside-inspired decor make it clear: ahoy—we’re right by the sea! The master berth, featuring a high-quality CoCo-Mat box-spring bed (200x200 cm), has an en suite bathroom with a floor-to-ceiling shower and a heated towel rack, as well as a dressing area. For added comfort, this bedroom is equipped with an internet-enabled TV! There are also two additional cozy berths with double beds (160x200 cm), each with its own TV.
For little sailors, we can also provide a travel crib upon request (free of charge).
A second shower room is located on the first floor. There you’ll also find a washing machine available for your use. On the property in front of the house, there are six parking spaces belonging to the property.

Special Features
The wood-look flooring throughout the first floor features underfloor heating. A highlight is the fenced-in garden, which has been landscaped to resemble a dune landscape. In this non-smoking home, you’ll have unlimited data access. Up to three dogs are welcome at the Seequartier!

An initial set of bed linens and towels must be booked with this accommodation and is already included in the final price.
Additional linen packages can be booked as optional extras.
