Large lux apt for 6, Ste-Maxime-Saint-Tropez,Var,pool,quiet,secured

The property is located on a large pinewood and the pool despite it belongs to the property is not facing the building which is great to avoid noise in Summer time. It is a little physical exercise thanks to the short walk. The green environment is a major asset for this property.

Keep in mind it is not an individual house but an apartment therefore we depend on a community of owners like us with rules. I would like to reply to your comments: - swimming pool: we do not monitor the rules but is also done to keep the pool as quiet as possible. Not every one comes with kids or enjoy kids making noise…. - car & parking: we did not know that you had 2 cars and in the same parking lot where we have our parking space, there are several visitors slots The parking lot by the pool is only a spare one. Otherwise we clearly stated that the parking space is located under the building which is usually much appreciated (safety, no noise, no visual pollution. And our parking space is very spacious and very accessible even for large cars, SUV etc. We own the largest one by far….. - see view: we never mentioned it… since it is not a USP for our property and we never showed pictures pretending there is a see view. So no surprise. There is only a glimpse. - mirror and toilet paper roll holders: ok to be considered. Thanks for the suggestion. - eating for 6 on the terrace: you have a table with 2 extensions therefore you can adapt. We are staying in our apartment several weeks per year for 20 years and we never had an issue with eating space for6. We never got any comment either. And reposining the AC is not an option since it can only be on the terrace…And frankly speaking, when you are outside do you need the AC to be on? If you manage well with doors / windows / AC you maintained the apartment temperature pleasant without running AC all day long. It works!!!! You probably need a bit of time to know how to use the apartment and fully enjoy it. We have 20 years of experience. Thanks again for your feedback and hope to welcome you again in the future.

Tres heureux de vous avoir proposé un séjour agréable et d’avoir répondu à vos attentes. Cet appartement est toujours apprécié de nos hôtes de par sa localisation, son environnement et son confort.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Nachricht und sehr glücklich, dass Ihr Aufenthalt gut verlaufen ist. Sie haben die Wohnung und ihren Komfort geschätzt. Der Vorteil, das Schwimmbad nicht unter den Fenstern zu haben, ermöglicht es Ihnen, ruhig zu sein. Beachten Sie, dass das Schwimmbad über einen vollständig begehbaren Weg mit Stufen erreichbar ist. Aber offensichtlich, da die Wohnung auf einem Hügel liegt, gibt es zwangsläufig einen Hang ..., es ist nicht ganz eben. Das ist der Charme. Vielen Dank und einen schönen Sommer!

Il est surprenant de résumer une semaine de vacances dans un lieu assez exceptionnel par un problème de lave-vaisselle et la visite de la femme de ménage. Les hôtes qui vous ont précédés sont restés 2 semaines et ont déjà réservé 2 semaines pout l’été prochain. Cela prouve que le séjour est agréable et les prestations de très bon niveau. Il est impossible de prévoir un problème de lave-vaisselle. Quant à la personne qui est venue en votre absence, c’est la femme de ménage qui apportait des serviettes de toilette. Thanks for those comments. We are glad that you enjoyed your stay like all other guests before. There is no barbecue due to the proximity of the pinewood (safety reason). We tried an electrical one, but it was impossible to maintain it clean, ready to be used by guests, so we gave up. The pool needs some maintenance from time to time and this is not predictable. This is the "price to pay" in summer time, when it is hot in order to maintain the water clean. The car traffic in Sainte-Maxime area is rather heavy in July-August, but it is possible to manage with it and avoid it. Fortunately, it does not affect the peace of the residence which is very quiet due to the absence of traffic nearby and to the size of the large pinewood. We wish to more guests to enjoy our property in the future !

We are happy that our guests enjoyed our property. Definitely July and August are a busy time on the Riviera. To visit Saint-Tropez for example, the best way at that time of the year is to use the boats (shuttles) which operate till late in the evening, allowing visitors to have dinner in Sainte-Maxime.
