Our lovingly furnished one-room studio in Sahlenburg sleeps two people and is ideal for a relaxing getaway by the North Sea. The vacation rental features a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a combined living and sleeping area (double bed; 1x180 cm wide mattress) with a TV and radio—perfect for relaxing vacation days.

On those typical “gloomy days,” the complex’s indoor pool, sauna, and steam room provide soothing relaxation. A special highlight is the shared rooftop terrace with a view of the sea, which is a lovely retreat in every season.

Shared washing machines and dryers are available in the building.

The Wernerwald begins right outside the door, ideal for walking and exploring. There you’ll also find an outdoor pool, a climbing park, and a large children’s playground—perfect for active vacationers and families.

In just a few minutes’ walk, you’ll reach the promenade with restaurants, an ice cream shop, a bakery, and small shops. Mudflat hikes or a trip to Neuwerk—on foot, by mudflat cart, or by boat—will make your vacation in Sahlenburg unforgettable.

Haus Frauenpreiss is situated in an idyllic location, right next to the Wernerwald, the outdoor forest pool, the adventure playground, and the climbing park. Just about 400 meters away, you’ll find the sandy beach, the promenade, as well as a variety of restaurants, cafés, and the bakery. The dog beach is also easily accessible from here.

An exclusive wellness area awaits you, which you can conveniently reach by elevator. Spanning a generous 344 m², you can relax and unwind to your heart’s content from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

The swimming pool, with a pleasant water temperature of approximately 28 °C, measures approximately 12 x 6 meters and offers plenty of space for a refreshing swim. A staircase with a handrail provides safe access to the water, and you can activate the counter-current system at the touch of a button.

The sauna area offers a relaxing break with an extra-cold shower, a relaxation room, and a small outdoor area that invites you to linger. The communal sauna and steam room can be used for just €3 (in €1 coins).

Particularly impressive is the large rooftop terrace, which is accessible by elevator. Here, you can enjoy the view of the sea in a private setting, breathe in the fresh air, and let the day come to a close as the sun sets.

A washing machine and dryer are available in the building’s basement for a small fee.
A shared parking lot is available right next to the building.
