The “Steuerbord” half of the semi-detached house, renovated in 2022, features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 4 people and a maximum of 2 dogs.
Among the many highlights of this cozy and comfortably furnished home are the tasteful decor, the large barrel sauna, and the huge, fenced-in natural property with its own terrace featuring a grill, a beach chair, patio furniture, a fireplace, and proximity to the beach (dog-friendly beach!) The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and kitchen appliances, such as an induction stove, a Senseo coffee maker (your choice of pod or filter), a kettle, a microwave, a convection oven, a fridge-freezer combo, toaster, and plenty of pots and bowls for cooking, frying, and baking.
The living room on the first floor features a smart TV, a fireplace, as well as board games and books.
The master bedroom on the first floor features a 180x200 cm double bed and a desk right under the window.
From the bedroom, you’ll enjoy a wonderful view of the sea. On a clear day, you can even see Sylt and Amrum!
The second bedroom can be fully customized to your needs thanks to a special feature:
Here, you can choose between two single beds or, alternatively, a double bed (160x200 cm) with high-quality mattresses. This means you can stay here either as a family with two children or with a couple of friends!
Both bathrooms are equipped with a rain shower and heated floors. The bathroom on the first floor also features a heated towel rack.
In the basement, you’ll find a washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities.
On the fenced-in, shared property—which spans over 5,200 m²—you’ll find, in addition to ample parking in the front yard, in the garden, a bike shed where you can charge your e-bikes, a large wood-fired barrel sauna with an antechamber that seats 4 people, a swing for all ages, and a few apple trees in the back of the garden. Of course, feel free to help yourself when the apples are ripe!

The “Strandherz Steuerbord” semi-detached house is located in beautiful Utersum and is just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, a bakery, and a supermarket. Fiber-optic internet is, of course, available.

All recreational activities are located in the immediate vicinity of the property.

This village, over 600 years old and located in the far southwest of the island, has plenty of beauty and recreational opportunities to offer. Explore our island by bike, hike through the marshes and geest, spend the day being active, or relax on our child- and dog-friendly beach. To round off an eventful day, there’s nothing better than enjoying what is arguably Germany’s most beautiful sunset.
