Our vacation rental is located on the way to the Holzbach Gorge, right on the Westerwaldsteig trail in the center of Gemünden, and is ideal for hikers. A parking space is available right at the entrance to the house’s courtyard. The main house is at the front, and the back house—where the vacation rental is located on the first floor—is in the courtyard. For anyone wanting to explore the Westerwald, this is a central yet quiet location that invites you to relax and enjoy nature. Limburg an der Lahn, Montabaur, and Hachenburg are all within easy reach, just over 20 km away. Bad Marienberg, with its climbing forest, zoo, and swimming pool, is not far from our vacation rental. Come discover the diverse and beautiful Westerwald region. Pets cost €10. Please do not smoke inside the vacation rental—the other guests would appreciate it. However, you’re welcome to smoke outside. There are no shopping options in the immediate vicinity; the nearest supermarket is in Westerburg:



2-bed apartment, bathroom, toilet, 1 bedroom:

The apartment is located on the first floor with a fantastic view and is accessible via a spiral staircase. It consists of two rooms. The large living room, which includes a TV and dining area, has a trundle bed for an additional guest. The bedroom is equipped with a TV and a double bed. The kitchenette is fully equipped, from a stove and dishwasher to a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment and much more. A spacious bathroom completes the vacation rental. Guests are welcome to use the shaded courtyard with garden chairs. Upon request, we’re also happy to provide our grill. This is a non-smoking apartment; smoking is permitted only outdoors. An ashtray is available in the courtyard.
Dogs are welcome guests.



On-site costs: The vacation rental has a double bed in the separate bedroom. In the living room, there is a chest containing an additional single bed. Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV with cable; a flat-screen TV will also be added to the bedroom at a later date. Small, functional kitchen with a two-burner ceramic cooktop, toaster, electric kettle, hand mixer, Senseo coffee maker, and mini oven. The living room is equipped with dishes and glasses. There is an additional charge of €10 for dogs during your stay:



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to midnight, and check-out is from 11:00 AM to midnight.
