I would not stay at this property again. The house was advertised to sleep 12, but that’s not realistic. We had 10 people, and it only worked because several shared beds. The pull‑out couch had only a bottom sheet and there were no extra sheets or blankets anywhere in the house, so it wasn’t usable. None of the beds had top sheets, and I wasn’t confident the blankets were washed. We also found an acrylic nail in one of the beds.The house was only surface‑cleaned. Bathrooms were wiped down but had hair in the corners. The kitchen had dishes but only two spoons for a group our size.A major concern was the condition of the deck and wheelchair ramp. The original decking was rotted, and untreated plywood had been laid over it. The plywood was already warped and lifting, and walking on it felt unstable. As a craftsman, it was clear the ramp should have been replaced long ago. It would be unsafe for anyone using a wheelchair.The location was convenient, but the neighborhood felt questionable. The house across the street had people partying all night, and at 7am there were individuals visibly drunk or high in the yard.Between the cleanliness issues, lack of bedding, misleading sleeping capacity, and the unsafe ramp, I wouldn’t return.
