Located just east of downtown Ketchum and Sun Valley, this quiet escape will be just the place to call home base in between runs on the slopes, a round of 18 at the local golf course, or full days of hiking along dramatic ridges. With vaulted ceilings, leather furnishings, and mountain-themed decor, Valley Perch offers that classic rustic feel while still having the modern comforts you are used to. When each day begins, you will have year-round activities to choose from including taking a dip in the shared pool, playing a round of golf, playing tennis on the shared courts, biking along the many paths in the neighborhood, or skiing on Dollar Mountain that is mere minutes away! Regardless of how you use each day, everyone will have built up an appetite. Fortunately, the fantastic full kitchen has everything needed to whip up tasty meals before everyone plops down on the sofa in the living room to stream favorite shows on the flatscreen TV. Don't hesitate to watch the sun go down from the private balcony as well!

This was one of the best rentals we have stayed in. Everything was clean and comfortable! We had a problem with the oven and it was resolved right away. We would definitely stay here again

This condo was excellent! Great location close to skiing. Clean, nicely decorated, well-stocked kitchen for cooking, comfortable beds, nice fireplace, washer and dryer, and very easy check-in. The hot tub was a great perk for relaxing after skiing!

Great short stay

Had two nights here and loved the property. It was clean, well furnished and comfortable. Near to all the places we wanted to visit. Recommend this location!

Great place to stay!!

This was a perfect townhome close to downtown Ketchum restaurants and amenities...the only negative is that we wished we planned to stay more days!! The property was great!!

Excellent abode!

Really nice second floor condo in quiet, easy to get to “neighborhood “.Two bedrooms were both comfortable and spacious. Bathrooms were clean right, and very roomy.Living area and kitchen worked well for our two night stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Valley Perch in Elkhorn Village / Sun Valley. It was larger than we anticipated and had everything we needed and then some. Super clean and roomy, it was very thoughtfully appointed and was great for us two but would also be a good spot with a family. The kitchen is very well stocked, the beds comfy and the living room couch could hold an army. We especially liked the personal touches that make it the perfect vacation property like hiking sticks, a place for boots and equipment by the door, water bottles for exploring, new washer/dryer and ample towels, linens, pillows and blankets. The TV service was great with Prime membership at the ready for local news and movies, etc. The gas fireplace was warm and easy with a remote. The check in and check out were seamless via Vacasa emails and their app. They were very proactive via text and it was super easy to get our amenity passes (just register names in advance when they email you about it). All in all, we’d highly recommend it.

Great Perch!

Beautiful place. It has very nice decorations and furnishings. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need! Loved the view and hated to leave. And Joyce at the activity center is a gem. We really enjoyed our conversations. Hope to come back.

Amazing place to stay!!

This place was AMAZING!! My husband and I could not stop saying how nice it was. They had it stocked with everything- cooking, spices, extra bathroom towels and bedding, blankets, board games, & laundry supplies. We will go back on many occasions just because of how nice it was. Needs New Management

The Good: - Good location - Good price, but not considering 'the bad' - Has all the amenities The Bad: - Vacasa Management is terrible. It took them a week for them to respond to the terrible smoke smell in the unit. There were crumbs on the coffee table which made you question the cleanliness of the condo. When you did a load of clothes in the washer, they smelled like smoke. This place is probably owned by smokers so be aware. I will never rent another Vacasa managed property... It was CLEARLY obvious this place reeked of smoke yet they did nothing about it.

Disappointed

The rental was great but it had said it came with an amenity door card for the door of the workout/hot tub and that it would be on the kitchen counter when we arrived. It was not there and I couldn’t get ahold of anyone on any number to help me get it. Finally after a few days I was told they could not get me one, sorry. I had rented this unit to use the amenities while the rest of the family skied. I would not have rented the unit without it. I was told I would get a $280 refund which is nothing compared to my trip to Sun Valley. I am disappointed that you had no one in the Sun Valley area that couldn’t get a door card to me. It means you don’t have control in the local area and makes me not want to use you for rentals in the future

Very nice

Everything was very nice and very comfortable had trouble finding how to get regular television channels like CNN Fox especially with the hurricane and our daughter being in Florida we did not call to find out about it we were out most of the day had breakfast in the morning just right for my brother and I who is that fly fishing for the 10 days had some trouble getting the washing machine to work call for service they replied very quickly but I want up getting it to work I guess by accident the dials were not lighted so I did not know what to select I was very surprised when we arrived about the two flights of stairs I’m a pretty spry 80 year old senior citizen and my brother is 76 we had some heavy luggageConsidering we brought quite a bit of fly fishing gear boots waiters etc. I don’t usually rate any place but this place was very nice I’m very comfortable and I thought it was a very very fair price. Also the kitchen was well stocked the pantry had all the necessary condiments although we did not cook a meal we had breakfast in the morning and I’m sure most people would find it very comfortable clean both bathrooms were very adequate beds were very comfortable.
