The thatched-roof vacation home, with its three apartments, is located in the Toftum neighborhood of the village of Oldsum. Oldsum is a beautiful, small artists’ village on the marshes. Here you’ll find a supermarket, several small restaurants, cozy cafes, and a variety of charming shops. Toftum still has a very village-like character, and even in high season, it remains quiet and relaxed here.

Our house, with its beautifully overgrown garden, is situated between two small side streets. Next door is a farm, and directly behind it lies the marsh, which stretches for about 1–2 km to the dike.

The studio apartment consists of one large, cozy room with a living area, kitchen, and double bed. The apartment sleeps 2 people; a travel crib for children can be booked as an add-on. The apartment is ideal for use in combination with the Large Apartment as a shared living space, providing up to 6 sleeping accommodations (plus a travel crib).

It is located on the first floor. From the window, you can see the marsh meadows all the way to the dike.

The fully equipped kitchen features a refrigerator, oven, coffee maker, and toaster.

The apartment has a TV, stereo, and Wi-Fi connection. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. The building has a washing machine and dryer. You can relax in the private garden.

The apartment is non-smoking. Pets are welcome.
