The two-room apartment on the first floor is approximately 45 square meters in size. It features an open, bright living-dining room with an integrated kitchen and a sleeper sofa. The sleeper sofa (1.40 m wide) and the corner bench with a table and chairs invite you to relax. The large south-facing windows and the French doors give the room a bright and very pleasant atmosphere. Through the French doors, you can step directly from the living room into the south-facing garden area, which is furnished with chairs, a dining table, and a patio umbrella. A wooden sliding door separates the bedroom from the living room. From the bedroom, which has two single beds or a double bed, a door leads directly to a separate storage room and a walk-in closet. The apartment includes a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Guests staying in the house have access to a sauna (in the garden, for an additional fee) as well as a ski and bicycle storage room with heated ski boot storage. Each apartment has a parking space in the courtyard.



In a quiet, sun-drenched south-facing location in Wald am Arlberg, directly across from the Sonnenkopf ski area and just 10 minutes away from Stuben (new 8-person circulating gondola, free parking) and the Arlberg Ski Arena, a modern 2-room apartment on the first floor and a spacious 3-room penthouse are located in a three-family house. The apartments are perfect for hikers, skiers, and nature lovers. The house is ideally located for a variety of excursions to the surrounding ski and hiking areas, such as the Lech headwaters region (15 min.), the Montafon (15 min.), the Brandnertal (20 min.), and the Großes Walsertal (20 min.). Hikes to Lake Spullersee and Lake Formarinsee can be undertaken directly from the house. Those who prefer a more leisurely pace can take a stroll along the Klostertal Höhenweg trail. For families with children, the Sonnenkopf (gondola) is a popular skiing and day-trip destination (summer: Bärenland).
