A warm welcome to our vacation rental!<br>We’ve furnished our vacation rentals with great care for you, and we hope you’ll feel right at home here.<br>We offer a high-quality, modern vacation rental in an exclusive location in the heart of Warnemünde, just 200 meters from the beach. Here you can relax with your family. Right next to your vacation rental is the popular Mühlenstraße shopping and strolling street, with its many small shops, restaurants, and cafés, as well as a bike rental shop.<br>The apartment measures 65 square meters and is located on the mezzanine/first floor (living room and kitchen) as well as in the basement (bedroom and bathroom)—both connected by an internal staircase. All rooms face north. <br>It features a bedroom with a double bed, a closet, and nightstands, as well as pleated blinds, roller shutters, and insect screens. The bathroom is a cozy retreat, featuring a shower, a large sink, a toilet, and heated floors.<br>The living room is furnished with a cozy sofa set, a large TV, a radio with an MP3 player, and a DVD/CD player.<br>The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop with oven, range hood, refrigerator with a large freezer compartment, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and plenty of dishes and silverware. <br>　<br>SERVICE<br>Bed linens and towels are included in the rental price.
