Country townhome - mountain view - walk to Village of Quechee - near Club & golf

Nestled in the foothills of the Green Mountains and close to all the amenities, this townhome enjoys a beautiful country setting. The Village of Quechee is within walking distance and all the Quechee Lakes and area amenities are just a few minutes' drive.

The main level has a full kitchen, half bath, dining and living area, while the upper level consists of two bedrooms and a full bath. The primary bedroom has a window AC unit that adequately cools the home down on warm summer days. A coin-operated laundry facility can be found in the condominium complex, and local laundromats are also available.

Whatever time of year you decide to visit Vermont, you will enjoy Quechee's spectacular views, convenience to recreational activities, and a comfortable feeling of luxury and seclusion. While offering the best of Vermont vacations, Quechee is convenient to Boston, New York, Albany, cultural and entertainment events, and nearby world-class health care (Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center).

The Quechee Club boasts two championship golf courses (Highland and Lakeland) in the summer which, in the winter, provide groomed Nordic skiing trails. In addition, Quechee offers tennis, paddle tennis, skiing, and an array of options for swimmers, hikers, and fishermen. The Club House has multiple dining options as well as a state-of-the-art fitness facility with indoor and outdoor pools. These Quechee Club amenities require rental packages and are available upon request from the Quechee Club directly.

Quechee is centrally located between Woodstock, Vermont, and Hanover, New Hampshire (home of Dartmouth College). Hanover and Woodstock combine the quaintness of beautiful New England villages with the cultural sophistication of a college town. Galleries, unique shops, museums, and a variety of excellent and unique dining experiences are available. Killington and Pico are approximately 30 minutes from Quechee and offer world-class skiing, mountain biking, golf, and other year-round activities.

Nice place overall and a very convenient location. Property was very clean and well equipped for a weekend stay of 4-5 people. The village of Quechee is very cute. Only thing to be aware of is the spiral stairs which could be tricky for people with limited mobility.

We had two lovely nights at the condo in August 2025. The condo was clean and well decorated and an easy drive to attractions like the Quechee Gorge, mini-golf, VINS, and Simon Pearce. We appreciated the full kitchen. Quechee Hollow was very quiet and peaceful.

There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher that were never run, no soap in the bathroom shower, only 2 kcups for a 2 night stay, do yourself a favor and stay somewhwee else

Good home base in a gorgeous area!

Comfortable condo in a beautiful location! We enjoyed using this as a home base for exploring the lovely area. Bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen all very clean, though common spaces could have used a more thorough cleaning (cobwebs, rug a little smelly, etc.). Be forewarned that cell service is quite limited--do not recommend this location if you need to make a lot of phone calls.

Quechee Hollow Comfort

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at the condo. The location is great - close to VINS, the Quechee Gorge, mini golf, Public House restaurant, etc. and convenient to the highway. The condo is quiet and comfortable in a peaceful setting and my kids loved looking for frogs and fish in the small pond. Condo was clean and check in instructions were clear. We will be back!

There was no soap in the bathroom, the laundry was not accessible and there was no place to put trash. There was also a funny smell. In addition, there wasn’t enough dishwasher detergent.

Great Location to Club and Dartmouth

Stay was great. The beds were very comfortable. One softer and one more firm. The Quechee Club was a great surprise. We used the pool, gym, dry sauna, pickleball, and restaurant. Make sure you call the club in advance and you pay as you go. 17-minute drive to Dartmouth and less than 5 minutes to the grocery store and Club. Would stay again.

Warm and Cozy but not as clean as advertised

Enjoyed our stay, plenty of room, cozy, warm. Unfortunately the bed sheets/mattress covers were extremely dirty. We couldn’t sleep on them. Went to the store and bought sheets. Everything else was good and as advertised.

Overall, this was a nice and very conveniently located property. The condo is very centrally located to Woodstock, Hanover, Quechee, and White River Junction. The small kitchen is well stocked with plates, basic equipment etc. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean, though the common spaces could have used more thorough dusting and the rugs are a little smelly. Be aware that cell service is very limited--not the owners' fault but something to be aware of! The one thing we were disappointed by is that the quechee club access is not really what the vrbo ad promised--there is no short-term membership option, and the a la carte pricing is quite high, so this did not feel like a viable option for a family to use regularly.

MOLD, Dust, Cobwebs on downstairs window. No window AC's. They were removed the week prior but we had a hot weekend. Couldn't open window first night as no screen. Housecleaning did come and give us expandable screens the next day. Could use a coat of paint and new carpets. Staircase is tough. Would not stay again.

Quechee condo

Our group of 4 adults had an enjoyable stay at this Quechee condo. We found it true to the listing, and a convenient location for outdoor activities as well as shops and restaurants. Plans for skating and cross country skiing had to be changed because of the rain and warm temperatures, but we had a great day at the Vermont Institute of Natural Science, and highly recommend it. A couple of concerns about the condo -- snow was not cleared from the rear access, upstairs and downstairs, creating a potential safety hazard in the event of an emergency. Also, something to consider if you like to sleep on a hard mattress -- one of the beds was soft, perhaps with a memory form mattress.

Senior Issues

The youngest of our party was 81. Spiral staircase with luggage proved challenging. Wi-fi password access would have been most helpful. Tried opening doorknob after entering code. Very unsuccessful. Too old and dumb to open lockbox for key. Otherwise, very wonderful tourist visit and very appreciative overseas Korean guests seeing magnificent Vermont for the first time.
