Multigenerational vacation in a 150 m² space for 9 people + a small child

Want to escape the stress of everyday life? Then this vacation rental is the perfect choice for you. It’s the ideal spot for a multigenerational vacation.

This family-friendly, cozy semi-detached house offers a unique view of fields and meadows.

It’s located right on the dike, with the Norddeich harbor just beyond. With 150 m² of space, it accommodates up to 9 people plus a toddler.

The vacation rental is divided into two separate apartments. If desired, only the first floor can be booked.

The first floor accommodates 5 people plus a toddler, and the upper floor has additional space for 4 people.

One half of the house features a cozy living room with an adjoining sunroom. Here, there is a large table with plenty of space where everyone can gather. You can enjoy your vacation with an exciting book or a good movie.

Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen, which also offers seating. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need.

There are also two bedrooms on the first floor—one with a double bed and another with three single beds.

The vacation home also features a spacious bathroom with a tub (which can also be used as a shower) and a guest restroom.

A staircase leads to the upper level. Here you’ll find two bedrooms, one with two single beds and another with a double bed. From here, you have access to a small balcony.

There is also a living/dining area and a bathroom with a shower.

A small kitchen is also located upstairs.

Bedding and towels are not provided in the vacation rental. However, these can be booked as an add-on for a fee.

This half of the house features its own terrace and a spacious garden. The terrace is the perfect spot to relax on balmy summer evenings while enjoying a barbecue or a cool glass of wine together. The garden exudes an idyllic charm with its mature trees. The garden is bordered by a ditch on one side; the other sides are enclosed.

The house is ideal for families with children and grandparents. And the family dog is welcome to come along, too. Cats are not permitted.

From the front door as well as from the garden, you have a direct view of the dike and, beyond it, the North Sea.

Of course, free Wi-Fi, 2 parking spaces, and a washing machine are available to you.

Please note that keys must be picked up at our office at Norddeicher Str. 55 in Norden.
