Great choice

We loved this place and would choose it again. The apartment was very spacious and extremely well equipped. The fine details on the property were outstanding, and beyond what we have seen at other places we have rented. Helmet was very kind and welcoming, hosting a small gathering for us and the other group staying on site. That was fun, and made it more comfortable for all of us. The location was great, with easy access to town and everything we needed. If we were coming back to that area again, we would book here, no hesitation.

Sommerurlaub mit Familie

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in der gemütlichen Ferienwohnung von Familie Steiner. Das Haus ist wunderschön und bietet jeglichen Komfort. Das Ehepaar Steiner ist sehr lieb, zuvorkommend, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Die nähere Umgebung bietet viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung ist trotz der zentralen Lage ruhig gelegen. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

Tolle geräumige Ferienwohnung in großzügiger Villa mit schönem Garten und guter Ausstattung, wunderschöner Ausblick von drinnen und draußen, gute ruhige und erhöhte Lage am Rande des Ortes und doch fußläufig alles gut zu erreichen; sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeber - wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden sehr gern erneut dort Urlaub verbringen!

Amazing place, amazing location!

The Steiner's are great hosts and have a beautiful flat very close to the center of Zell am Ziller. Check-in and check-out was easy and you can even order fresh bread for the mornings. The kitchen and dinner area is really nice for cooking and eating. It's an easy 12 minute walk to the closest Zillertalbahn stop and the closest skibus stop is across the street. Can't recommend this place enough.

Toller Urlaub im Zillertal !

Liebe Familie Steiner, wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in einer tollen Villa. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben jeden Abend den Whirlpool und den tollen Ausblick auf die Zillertaler Berge genossen. Das Appartement ist sehr geräumig und wie das ganze Haus mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Wir werden sicher nochmals wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für Alles!

Viel Platz und eine wahre Wohlfühloase

Tolles altes Haus mit dem besonderen Charme. Wohnung mit sehr geräumigen Eingangsbereich/Gang, alle Zimmer ebenfalls großzügig im Platz und überall bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten fast im Überfluss. Die Lage des Hauses erweist sich auch als ideal. Man ist schnell aus Zell draußen und in beide Talrichtungen gleichermaßen lange unterwegs. Für ausreichend Parkplätze am Haus (überdachte Schattenplätze) ist auch gesorgt. Unsere Hündin war auch sehr willkommen und hat sich dementsprechend wohl gefühlt. Es fanden sich auch genügend Teppiche für wechselnde Liegeplätze. ;-) Im Garten bieten sich manche Erfrischungsmöglichkeiten im Sommer in Form von Sprudelbecken oder Schwimmteich an. Einfach toll. Gastgeber Helmut hat viel getan, damit es an nichts fehlt und darüber hinaus auch manches Wohlfühlschmankerl angeboten wird. Wir werden auf jeden Fall gerne mal wieder kommen.

Wunderschönes Haus mit tollem Gastgeber

Gastgeber Helmut hat dieses wunderschöne Haus mit viel Liebe renoviert und zu neuem alten Charme erweckt. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl was auch daran liegt dass alles wirklich super sauber ist. Der Ausblick ist grandios und der Ortskern von Zell am Ziller bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und danken Helmut sehr für seine Gastfreundschaft und die nette Weinverkostung!

Beautiful apartment and wonderful hosts

The apartment was beautiful, clean, and very high quality. The views over the valley are fantastic. It's a very short walk to the ski bus and town where you can find restaurants, shops, and a grocery. It's also an easy walk to the ski area. We had a great time visiting with the owner who has done a lot of the remodeling of the building himself. He also gave us a ride to and from the train station which was very much appreciated. Communication with the hosts was also great, with very fast response times and very helpful information. Wundershchön!

Amazing 10 day holiday!

Our family of 4 (kids ages 7 and 9) stayed here for 10 days and it was terrific! We were looking for a quiet place to relax and be active, and this place was just perfect. We had a car for some of this time so we could drive to Germany to see castles and other places we were interested in visiting. Coming back to this place after a long day on the road felt like home . Later, we just used the train to go to Innsbruck, walked all around town, and rented bikes to ride up and down the river valley (there are bike trails everywhere). Helmut is a great guy and made us feel like we were at home. He even helped me start the car one day after the battery died. The apartment is well insulated, very spacious, and has great views. The hot tub was a nice feature after long hiking days. We cooked most meals here and found the kitchen to be well stocked with everything we needed. We loved hearing the church bells each day and even went to a local festival which turned out to be an amazing experience. We will definitely return to Zillertal, but only if we can stay at Villa Francesca again!

Een heerlijk huis!

Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. Mooi uitzicht. Dichtbij het centrum van Zell am Ziller, maar toch heerlijk rustig. Het was goed vertoeven bij de zwemvijver. De eigenaar is zeer gastvrij. De villa is gebouwd in 1860. Gerenoveerd, maar heel veel ouds is bewaard gebleven. Een huis met karakter. Zeker aan te raden!

Great place to stay!

A short pleasant walk from the train station, this apartment feels like home. The pictures and descriptions of other reviewers are exactly what you get. Large enough for our family of 5 to feel like we had lots of room. Beautiful view from the windows. Owner was friendly and helpful. This was a great base for our summer vacation hiking in the mountains. With easy access to the train station and buses, there was no need for a car. Grocery store and bakery along the walk to the train station. Community swimming pool with water slides also a short walk away. Town outdoor concert venue just across the river. Hope to come back and stay here again.

Beautiful Apartment, Excellent Location

The apartment is a very warm and inviting space. You can tell that the owners have spent a tremendous amount of time restoring the villa and adding special charm. The house has pretty woodwork throughout. The hot tub is a rare treat, as we have stayed in many ski lodges that lack this extra amenity. The view from the house is of the entire valley and you can watch the skiers descend the zillertal arena resort. It is an easy walk into Zell am Ziller from the house. In addition, the apartment was clean and communication with the owners was prompt and clear. Great stay!

Wunderschöner Zillertal

Super mooi Appartement

Wij zijn twee weken in villa Francesca op vakantie geweest. Het was er heerlijk rustig en een prachtig uitzicht vanuit alle kamers. De foto`s liegen niet en zijn echt dus niet gefotosjobt. We hebben iedere morgen ontbeten in de Wintergarten met uitzicht op de bergen. De eigenaar en zijn familie zorgen ervoor dat alles in dit mooie appartement aanwezig is. Voor mij was het reeds het 40e jaar in het Zillertal maar nog nooit zo iets moois gehad. Raad deze Villa bij iedereen aan maar niet te veel anders kunnen wij dan niet meer terrecht.

sehr gepflegte, luxuriöse Ferienwohnung

wir waren zu Gast in dieser geschmack- und liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung und fühlten uns so wohl, wie zu Hause. Großzügig geschnittene Räume, welche an Ausstattung keine Wünsche offen lassen und dazu die ausgesprochen herzlichen Besitzer. Es war, als wären wir zu Gast bei Freunden. Die Anlage rund um das Haus ist wundervoll angelegt. Ein Erlebnis! Wir können die Villa Francesca uneingeschränkt empfehlen und danken für diese schöne Zeit!!!!
