Brand new, 36m2 family room with garden-side balcony

Our brand-new family room measures 36 square meters and features a stylish four-poster bed, along with a separate children’s room with a bunk bed. It also includes a coffee table, a sitting area with armchairs and a TV, and a balcony that overlooks the garden. It’s therefore ideal for families with 2 to 4 children. You’re welcome to enjoy lunch, coffee and cake, and dinner with us—these will be billed to you separately. Breakfast is included in the room/vacation rental rate. Campfires, barbecue evenings, and arts-and-crafts afternoons are available by arrangement. In our well-equipped rooms or in one of our new vacation apartments, you’ll drift off to sleep in the evening. Upon request, we’d be happy to offer you additional meal services on-site! Just ask us! The final cleaning fee of EUR 30 is to be paid separately on-site. This fee is waived if the apartment is returned in good order, swept clean, with the beds stripped and the dishes washed. A 20% deposit may be charged after booking. You’ll pay the total amount on-site in cash or via online banking. Pets are allowed upon request for 7.00 EUR per pet per day (food not included). The final cleaning fee of 30.00 EUR is to be paid separately on site. This fee is waived if the vacation rental is left swept clean, with the beds stripped, and the dishes washed. Check-in from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (or by arrangement); check-out by 10:00 a.m. Information on key pickup: in person on-site. Pets are allowed upon request. A night tax of 2.60 EUR per person will be charged separately on-site.
