Parking is available on a first come - first serve basis (1,200 spots). Most of the time this is not an issue, with the exception of some major holiday events. More details will be provided before arrival.

• While downtown’s vibrancy is part of its charm, we provide earplugs for light sleepers to ensure a comfortable stay. The City of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits excessive noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday.

• This room is located on the second floor. Guests will need to climb 3 standard outside stair sets to reach the second-floor porch.
