Beach - hiking - culture - relaxing – Villa Milly is a green oasis of well-being in the heart of the fishing village of San Marco di Castellabate. It is the ideal place for any kind of vacation.
To the south lies the legendary Punta Licosa; to the north, the famous Castellabate towers proudly toward the sky. The dazzling blue sea along this stretch of coastline is within arm’s reach. It’s only about 150 meters to an idyllic sandy cove. The charming Piazzetta of San Marco is just a few steps away. However, its central location is not the only advantage of Villa Milly.
The owners, who spearheaded the first wave of tourism in San Marco in the early postwar years, have poured all their experience into the design of the house and, with Villa Milly, have created a comfortable retreat for couples, families, and friends—a place where simply any kind of vacation is possible.
The large, well-maintained garden surrounding the house adds a special touch of comfort. Among the tall pine and olive trees, you’ll find a cozy spot here, as well as access to the alley that leads directly to the beach at San Marco di Castellabate. Further back on the property, hidden behind trees and a small wall, lies the home of the warm and welcoming owners.
YOUR VACATION HOME: VILLA MILLY
With a living area of approximately 80 square meters, Villa Milly features a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, two bathrooms, and a spacious living/dining area with a well-equipped kitchenette. In the double bedroom and the hallway, you can store your belongings in the custom-built wall closets.
Individual pieces of furniture, such as the solid wood dining table and the decorative double bed, come from the family’s old estate and give the interior a unique, personal touch. The homeowner’s close connection to the sea and the traditions of the fishing village of San Marco is evident in the smaller details of the interior design.
The vacation home is flanked by two furnished terraces, one of which you can access via the two adjacent bedrooms. In the morning, you can enjoy the first rays of the sun here and admire Castellabate, which towers over the coast. The larger terrace is accessible via the bright and airy living area with a fireplace. Both indoors and outdoors, you’ll find space for cozy dinners, relaxation, and leisurely moments.
