This lovely 1.5-room apartment in Scharbeutz, located on the 1st floor with a balcony (west-facing), is just a few steps away from the beautiful Baltic Sea beach and the promenade, and was partially renovated in the spring of 2015. It consists of a living-dining area with a comfortable sleeper sofa, a stereo system, a TV, and a small kitchen equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stove with a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave with a grill, and a dishwasher. The small, separate bedroom features a double bed (1.40 wide), and the bathroom with a shower and toilet rounds out the amenities.
A parking space is reserved for you. A quick note: Since we unfortunately can’t control nature, there are occasional instances where the tree above your parking space may drip sap or birds may leave droppings from the tree. We therefore recommend that you bring a car cover.
No pets! Non-smoking apartment. Wi-Fi included.
