Just a 3-minute walk to the beach!<br>This exclusive vacation home (approx. 180 m²), which was extensively renovated in 2026, offers plenty of space to relax across three floors.<br><br>The spacious and light-filled living room, with an adjoining dining room, is comfortably furnished and features a generous southwest-facing terrace with seating on the south side, allowing you to enjoy the sun from noon until evening. <br>The living area on the first floor is elegantly furnished with a cozy seating area, a large dining table, and a TV.<br>The attic features an additional small living area, which is also equipped with a TV. <br><br>The separate Bosch kitchenette features a stove with an induction cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator and freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, and various small kitchen items that round out the amenities. The kitchen also features a washer-dryer, which is available to you free of charge (no cost). <br><br>A Wi-Fi connection is available to you free of charge, as are an iron and ironing board. <br><br>Two bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) with a full-length mattress, a smart TV, and ample storage space for your clothes, and one bedroom features an additional crib. <br><br>Another bedroom features two single beds (1.00 m x 2.00 m) and a smart TV. A high chair is also available free of charge in the apartment. <br><br>Two bathrooms with showers round out the home’s amenities. <br><br>In the basement (separate entrance, no connecting door to the house) is a unique and spacious 2.5-room apartment (58 m²) with its own sauna (free of charge). The living room with a smart TV invites you to relax. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m). From there, a door leads to a second small bedroom equipped with a single bed (0.90 x 2.00 m). <br><br>There is also a kitchenette with a dining area for 2 people and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. <br><br>For sunny days at the beach, 2 beach chairs are available exclusively for you at the nearby sandy beach during the season 2026 (01.05.–September 15).<br><br>The house is suitable for 2–9 people. Up to 2 dogs are welcome upon request. <br><br>This is a non-smoking house!<br><br><br>Attachment:<br><br> The "LUV & LEE Scharbeutz" vacation home has been converted into a modern vacation retreat and is located in a very quiet and central spot near the beach. In just a 3-minute walk, you’ll be at the beach, where you can relax in your own complimentary beach chair. In just a 20-minute walk, you can reach the Ostsee-Therme Scharbeutz, featuring a swimming pool and sauna area. The house, which is approximately 180 m² in size, can accommodate 2–8 people. Dogs are welcome upon request!
