From the living room, you have access to the south-facing balcony, which is perfect for sunbathing.
The lower bedroom is stylishly furnished with a double bed (2x90x200 cm), a large closet, and a dresser.
The bathroom features a bathtub with a shower partition, a bidet, a towel warmer, and a hair dryer.
The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials that make daily life more comfortable, such as a dishwasher and a microwave.

A staircase—which you can completely close off—leads to the upper level, which is furnished with a comfortable sleeper sofa, a cozy lounge chair, another bathroom with a shower and hair dryer, and a storage room, e.g., for suitcases.

The fine sandy beach is about a 3- to 4-minute walk away, and it’s a leisurely 20-minute walk to Niendorf Harbor, where you’ll find fresh fish daily. The center of Timmendorfer Strand is also about a 10-minute walk away. In addition to the apartment, the building offers an outdoor parking space and a basement equipped with a coin-operated washer and dryer.
