This high-quality, 1-room apartment (38 m²) sleeps 2 and is located on the first floor.

The apartment is in a quiet location, across from the old spa park. The town center and the beach are just a few minutes’ walk away.

The living/bedroom is equipped with two fold-out beds (each 90x200 cm, which are very easy to open and close), a cozy sofa set, and a flat-screen TV. The inviting dining area leads to the modern, built-in kitchenette, which features a dishwasher, a microwave with oven function, a coffee maker, an egg cooker, a toaster, and a kettle.

On the spacious southwest-facing balcony, you can enjoy winding down the day with a glass of wine or a cold beer.

A bright, new shower room with a hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror rounds out the amenities.
A shared washing machine and dryer are located in the basement.

During the 2026 summer season, from April 1 through October 15, a beach chair will be available for you on the beach.
A parking space is reserved for you right next to the house.
Wi-Fi is available free of charge (no right to a refund or replacement in case of disruptions or outages).
This is a non-smoking apartment.

Central vacation complex near the spa gardens: You’ll stay in comfortable 1–2-room apartments ranging from 35 to 47 m², tastefully furnished for 2–4 people. A terrace or balcony completes the vacation experience.

A coin-operated washer and dryer are available in the basement, where you’ll also find a bike storage room. A parking space is reserved for your car.

The nearest bakery for your seaside breakfast is just a few steps away. The town center and additional shopping options are also only a 5-minute walk from your apartment. Across the street is the idyllic spa park with its old trees, lakes, and small wooden bridges—the perfect spot for a relaxing stroll. You can feel the Baltic Sea sand beneath your feet just 350 meters away.

In Fegetasche near Plön, you can set sail: whether on the “Bosau Tour” past the 800-year-old fieldstone church in the heart of Holstein Switzerland or on the “Grand Plön Lake Tour” through bird sanctuaries and nature reserves. An interesting experience for everyone.
