Spanning three floors, the house offers the finest in living experiences. The first floor is reserved for socializing. Here, the living room, dining room, and kitchen come together in just under 60 light-filled square meters.
The kitchen offers everything you need for daily life. Enjoy your meals at the large solid-wood table with a view of the Allgäu mountains and Neuschwanstein Castle.
The sofa bed provides plenty of space for cozy TV nights. From the living room, you can step out onto the wraparound terrace and into the garden—an ideal spot for your children to play and run around. There is also a bathroom on the first floor. A wooden staircase leads you to the first floor. Here you’ll find three of the five bedrooms, as well as the main bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with a double bed and a TV. Two of the bedrooms open onto the sunny balcony—the perfect spot to soak up the sun in a lounge chair. After an eventful day of vacation, relax in the bathtub or step into the rain shower. The shower is accessible from two sides and is also walk-in. With the double sink and plenty of storage space, everyone will have enough room to spread out during their vacation.
Next, we head to the second floor. Here you’ll find the other two bedrooms, as well as another bathroom. The bedrooms on this floor are also furnished with double beds. There’s also a bathroom available on this floor. You can enjoy the magnificent panoramic views from the covered loggia on the second floor.
Once you’ve settled into the comfortable patio furniture, you’ll find it hard to tear yourself away from the view.

A new highlight of the house is the wallbox for electric vehicles and 10 charging points for your own or rented e-bikes.
