During your stay, the only concern brought to our attention was regarding noise from neighboring units. As the building consists of individually owned condos, not all of which are managed by our team, we have limited control over neighboring guests. However, we took your concern seriously and promptly sent a reminder regarding quiet hours to all units within our management. Aside from the noise concern, we did not receive any additional reports or requests for assistance during your stay. We always encourage guests to reach out if something isn't meeting their expectations, as our team is happy to investigate and address concerns whenever possible. Regarding the cookware shown in your photo, pots and pans can naturally develop signs of wear with regular use. Nevertheless, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we're happy to share that a brand-new set of pots and pans has already been purchased for the property. While we're disappointed that your overall experience was not what you had hoped for, we appreciate your feedback and remain committed to maintaining a comfortable and well-equipped space for our guests.
